Monochrome Kennel-Hawaii was established in 2006 following our move to Hawaii from Guam. We have been breeding dogs since 2000 and have rescued many animals including racing Greyhounds on Guam.  My first love was Miniature Australian Shepherds and we owned several before our moves. Once settled in Hawaii, we purchased Smores and BonBon (Standard Aussies) and imported several Mini Aussies (Now Miniature American Shepherds) which began my foray into AKC Conformation shows. Though BonBon and her predecessors did not do well in the show ring, I strived on to win and went on to purchase an Italian Greyhound named Neros W Dante. I wanted a small dog that was quiet, easy to groom, and I loved sight hounds because of my work with full size greyhounds. From there I acquired my first dog that would eventually be Champion, Ch Cleo of HPP Keaau. I also Imported Ch Marchwind Roxy Girl, and Ch Uwharrie Kismet Wildeyed N Wicked. Recently, I finished Ch Princess Dianna (Cleo’s sister) and have shown several of Cleo’s siblings and Princess's offspring.
